Fix This Bike is a flagship bicycle repair service provider based out of London. Established in 2021, Fix This Bike aimed at providing hassle-free bike repair services to its clients during the pandemic era. Their idea was to make bicycle repairs easy and accessible to everyone by providing pick-up and drop-off services of the bikes.

Challenge

The only challenge they faced in doing so was to manage all the leads. They wanted a portal that can help them keep the record of all the leads, bookings and services so that its easier for them as well clients to keep track of all necessary details.

Solution

Hence, we created a website that could be a single stop for people seeking to get their bikes repaired. The website included a list of all the services provided by the company, its pricings and a detailed information on each service. Additionally, we also added a “Contact Us” section through which the client could book their bike.
